Problem with Oracle 8i client & Oracle forms 6i

Both Oracle 8i client and forms 6i sqlnet assistant give "Memory Access" error.

Does any one have experienced this problem before ?

I am using Pentium 4 PC, 256 MB RAM, win 2000
