Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> Too many archive log
Hi all,
My database has 2 redo log groups and each group has 3 members. Each members size is 1 meg each.
The problem is that archive logs are generated at a fast rate:

Isnt it good practice to keep 3 days worth of archive logs on disk in case needed? If so, what is the best solutions for this high rate logs being generated so often? Received on Thu Oct 26 2000 - 11:23:44 CDT
