What you are looking for is Veritas Foundation for Oracle 4.1, if you want to use Veritas. This version is certified and should work with 10g, but expensive. Look for the doc on http://support.veritas.com. I've no experience with RAC/10g on Veritas Oracle Cluster Edition, but with 9i. Since using RAC 9i on veritas-cluster the availability on RAC was lower than without RAC. Sometimes we had to reboot the whole Cluster (both machines at the same time), because of hanging oracle processes inside system calls (no kill -9 helped). It seems that it is fixed in the new version 4.1 and/or the corresponding MPs.
