SLA
From Oracle FAQ
A SLA (Service Level Agreement) is a formal agreement between a Service Provider and customers to provide a certain level of service. Penalty clauses might apply if the SLA is not met.
Tip: When signing an Oracle maintenance and support contract, ensure that the SLA is specified and clearly understood by both parties.
