Oracle Developer Suite (or Internet Developer Suite, iDS) is a set of application development and business intelligence tools.
History
Oracle released their Cooperative Development Environment (CDE) in 1993 which bundled Oracle Forms, Reports, Graphics and Book.
The suite was later renamed to Developer/2000 and Internet Developer Suite (iDS).
Most server components of Oracle Developer Suite are now part of Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Licensing
Developer Suite is licensed per developer seat (per named user).
