OTL can stand for:
- Oracle Time and Labor, a component of E-Business Suite that ships with Oracle Projects and Oracle's HRMS family of applications.
- Oracle Template Library, a C++ library that provides Oracle database access, first developed by Sergei Kuchin in 1996. Besides Oracle, the OTL also supports ODBC and native DB2 calls.
