there is an ora tool, i tested it about 2 year ago
but: the sp's where quite complex, the generated result was unmaintainable,
so i translated and tested it in about 10 days (10.000 lines of code)
i think, now the tool is impoved and for simple sp's it may work
don't ask me the name of the tool - forgotten :-)
