Conversion from SQL-Server to Oracle

Does any of you know how I can easily convert Stored Procedures and views
from SQL-Server to Oracle (Version 8). I can do this manually (the syntax in
Oracle is somewhat different than for SQL-Server), but I wonder if there are
tools to do this, or does anyone have another suggestion?
