Interesting. I wonder if there is any difference in block sizes being sent on HP. If you use TNSNAMES also in your NT server, does the listener.ora and the tnsnames.ora look the same in both systems? Ie, are there any additional parameters on NT that aren't in HP?
Definitely something wrong with the online side. If performance OK in batch, that means the database is OK. Gotta be something in the net.
