Hi Clete,

AFAIK this is a bug in 7.3.3.0.x which is fixed in 7.3.4. If you call Oracle support they should be able to tell you which patchset you need. Maybe there is a fix already in one of the 7.3.3 patches, but I'm not sure about this.
