We run Oracle v7.2.2.4.13 and v7.3.2.3.1. On the v7.2.x version, you must unload the NLMs, because Netware sometimes holds file locks on some files after shutdown, and you might not get a good copy. On v7.3.x, you do not have to unload the NLMs, for all file lock problems have been resolved.
