Developer 2000 Forms and Personal Oracle 8

I recently obtained PO8 and installed on my Win98 machine.  Only, I cannot
get Developer 2000 Forms to work.  I think that this is a installation issue
and may have set the wrong configuration.



Can any one help so my D2K Forms connects to the PO8 database?
