ATO and ADW have Autonomous Data Guard, which lists converting to snapshot standby for up to 24hrs as possibility for cross-region standby.

Does this not work ?

https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/autonomous-data-warehouse-cloud/user/autonomous-data-guard.html#GUID-2AFA2C06-BBD9-496E-94B9-B3C54EC567D1

Thanks,
Albert
