To all who took the time to reply and offer suggestions, a very sincere thank you.

Kellyn - Your reference to Method-R mastering trace data looks really interesting and is not something I ever recall encountering before, but I will definitely pursue purchasing the book. The Orapub content is also something we had identified and looks relevant as well.

Mark - Thank you; I can gladly say that I have Jonathan's Oracle Core internals and Cost-Based Oracle fundamentals on my desk at work and Christian's book is
currently in the trunk of my car (And that's not a commentary on significance :) ).

Vijay - The speak-tech.com video library looks potentially useful also, so thanks.

Jonathan - thank you also for replying. I was aware that you provided performance analysis consultancy but not in the form of onsite training, so that is something for us to consider.

Ric - thank you; and I have already been in touch with Rhonda.

Kind regards,
Ruan Linehan
