Please, if some aws expert could help me setting this in the server side.

SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_CLIENT=8
SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_SERVER=8 Or another way to get developer 6i to get connected with the oracle aws database.
