Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> RE: Interconnect
I did ask Support to 'up' my sev priority but Support never responded. The
irony is whenever I am stuck with Support in Bangalore/India, the
resolution/attempt to resolve the problem is deplorable. My plan is to
re-open after a few more days and hope that I get routed to UK or Aus
support who I find to be exemplary.
Thanks and have a good day.

I can tell you all for certain that a good deal of the RAC testing is done with the multiple-instance/single system model. I'm talking functional testing...it has been that way since OPS.

Single node RAC must be fully supported configuration. They are just lazy. Call them and request to talk to duty manager and show your dissatisfaction and how you believe your case should be handled.
