If you want your SRs to be worked in US, you can request them not to route the TARs to Bangalore and they would be glad to accept your request. However I certainly do not agree on your comments about quality of support from ISC. I have never had a bad experience with ISC in Bangalore.
Believe it or not, the best support enginners with whom I had worked with are from ISC Bangalore. Few of them were later moved to BDE in HQ.
