In DBCA 9.2.0.1.0, create a new database that does not include
datafiles. The step 8 screen
then displays "Generate Database Creation Scripts" option. Note: Oracle
includes some DBCA
database templates (with datafiles), which can be uninstalled to free up
300 MB of disk space.
