ERROR IN INSTALING PATCH 8.1.6.3.0

Hi,

I am trying to install patch 8.1.6.3.0 on WIN 20000 and i am getting error: Error in writing to file f:\ORACLE\ORA81\BIN\ORANCDS8.DLL......and if i ignore this
error the same error comes for other DLL.......Oracle is shutdown properly and there is
no service running of Oracle.........
What might be the reason.....
