LEGALITY of purchasing Exam Materials USED

Hi guys, just starting a new thread as the subject has changed a bit. I'm very interested in the response. (and if legal, if anyone wants to sell, I'm in the market:>)

Is it legal to purchase/resale the OCP ILT material or Self Test Software tests?
I saw a couple of deals on eBay. I haven't used them but have heard that they are good.

If its legal then I might consider purchasing!!
