PUPBLD.SQL Oracle 7.3.4 What is it?

Just created 2 instances on my NT Oracle 7.3.4.  When logging into the instances
for the first time, I was able to get in but a message asked me to run the
pupbld.sql script on each instance (profiles?).



Just wondering what this script is and what is its purpose and does it exist in
Oracle 8i?
