It's a SQL script which builds sick puppies. Just kidding! This script
builds PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE table which is hardly used these days, but
if you don't build it, you get a nasty error message like
'PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE
not loaded!' when you attempt to start sqlplus.

Subject: PUPBLD.SQL Oracle 7.3.4 What is it?
Just created 2 instances on my NT Oracle 7.3.4. When logging into the
instances
for the first time, I was able to get in but a message asked me to run the
pupbld.sql script on each instance (profiles?).
Just wondering what this script is and what is its purpose and does it exist
in
Oracle 8i?
Thanks,
Hannah
