Chris,

I have several systems running HP-UX 11.0 64bit with Oracle 8.1.5 64bit. I don't have any problems. One of the production DB that is running in this environment is of size 150GB. You can install 32-bit/64-bit oracle software on HP-UX 11.0(64-bit). I chose 64-bit for both hardware and software. If you chose 32-bit Oracle software with HP-UX 11.0(64-bit), you may change to 64-bit oracle software later on if needed.

Is anyone currently running on HP-UX 11.0 64-bit?

We have this new box and were trying to figure whether to install Oracle 8.1.5 32-bit or 64-bit. Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences from running either version of Oracle on the 64-bit platform???

TIA!!! Chris Grabowy
