Using SqlLoader, has anyone handled negative amounts? I have downloaded into a text file the amounts with a negative sign in the first position of the field. If it is not negative there is a blank there. I am having trouble gettting sqlldr to run. Anyone have any experience with this? How do you 'format' the .ctl member to recognize the '-' as being a negative?
Thank you in advance,
Laura
