A couple of questions:

The system is developed in developer/2000 - does it assume Forms 4.x as a part of it?
Will the package be customisable and to what extent (which aspects of the systems such as forms, reports, stored procs etc will be 'open' for mods)
is system using the triggers and stored procs?
