impact of OS kernel upgrade on oracle database/clusterware

Hello listers,
I`m trying to gather some documentation/information on what impact OS kernel upgrades have (in my situation OL6 with kernel v3 upgrade to kernel v4) for oracle clusterware/rac database.
One obvious action that comes into my mind is Relink, described in Doc ID 1536057.1 How To Relink The Oracle Grid Infrastructure Standalone (Restart) Installation Or Oracle Grid Infrastructure RAC/Cluster Installation (11.2 to 18.c).
Another aspect is an unsupported scenario where some nodes are running a
kernel version where others are running a different version. This might
involve:
