Wise for Oracle

Company where I work is considering buying "WISE Oracle" software from "Rampant Techpress" (http://www.wise-oracle.com/).

I would like to hear some opinions /reviews on "Wise"...

Or, even better, I would like to have some recommendations on alternatives. If money is to be spent, better spend it on something appropriate.
