Get yourself the RAC book by K. Gopalakrishnan. It's an Oracle Press book, really fantastic. It covers not only operating procedures but also things like dynamic ownership (do you know what "waiting for GC 2-way" really means?), cache fusion and many, many other things. This is a real RAC internals book. This book is as important and valuable as Jonathan's CBO book or Tom Kyte's "Designing for Performance".
