If I check my listener.log I see that all user connection is
established.  But connection are no longer available.
I try directly on the server and it dosen't work anymore.



The number of session is too small (60) but only +/-25 concurent
session was up when the problem arrive.


It is possible that backgrond process take the rest of process?  If I
check in DBA studio in Instance --> Session, it is all of used session
or it's only the user session?
