We had this error 4 or 5 times last year, on windows XP, with SP2 or
not, the last time 2 months ago.
What we did to correct this problem is this :
1. Make note of the "path" variable 2. Put all oracle service in manual mode 3. Remove all entry in the "path" variable referencing Oracle product.(ex
