Your lack of tolerance or understanding of other cultures never ceases to amaze me, Sybrand. The fact that you seem to think that everyone in the world adopts the Western convention of first name, last name (or Christian name, surname - there's a clue there!) implies to me that it is you that is ignorant, not the OP.
