Chintu, i do not have access to SQL Trace or TKPROF
i succeeded, yesterday, in importing production server's statistics 
(dbms_stats.import_schema_stats) on a test server with no data
the execution plans of some sql orders seems to change when CBO stats 
are feed into the optimizer even if the database is empty
