sounds like a cold backup job on the weekend is stopping the listener
service - and its not being restarted.



this sounds like something other than the listener process is causing
the listener to terminate.


check scheduled tasks, backup jobs, etc.
check the listener.log for when it last wrote to its log file prior to
being shutdown.
