If you can reproduce it on Personal, you are requesting assistance on Personal. Otherwise I'd say that would be a technical violation of the contract.

An alternative is to post it in the Discussion Forums at OTN. Support and development monitors the forums.

Or simply post it here. There are enough readers with full licenses that I'm sure you would catch some interest and get a colleague to consider testing and submitting.
