Use DBMS_UTILITY.DATA_BLOCK_ADDRESS_FILE and DBMS_UTILITY.DATA_BLOCK_ADDRESS_BLOCK functions. The DBMS_UTILITY package has a lot of strange and useful functions and procedures.
