Some of the many bugs I discovered in 10.2.0.1 are fixed in 10.2.0.2, which should be released in 12/2005.

Bugfree? Take a close look at TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE and do some arithmetics with this data type. And then take a deep breath.
