How to check if installation is successfull

Hi friends,
while I was installing Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 on Tru64, OUI shew me 4 errors:

ORA-00443 background process "QMNO" didn't start
ORA-27300 OS system dependent operation: fork filed with status 83
ORA-27301 OS failure message: system call timed out
ORA-27302 Failure occurred at skgpspawn5

What do they mean??
I tried to run again runInstaller, and the installations seems to be successfull.
Database Configuration Assistant and Emca seem to start and run correctly.
There is a way to check if there are not errors in the Oracle installation?
