It's the path given during installation, it's called ORACLE_HOME and
it's indicated in the Registry as well. %ORACLE_HOME%\bin is the
position of the executables (exp, imp, oracle). Directories and
something else remain there even after full deinstallation...



In Program FIles\Oracle you find the "common executables" (installer,
JVM, etc.).



In those two paths does not remain much after deinstallation, but in
case you want to get rid of everything...
