Then I apologize for misreading the original post.

But that apology doesn't change the fact that without Explain Plans it is impossible to know that nothing has changed. Something you may recall I, and at least one other person, asked for days ago.

So specualte away on what the issue is. Without a trace you have no idea what is actually going on.

But still my apology stands.
