It would have helped if you pasted the entire screen shot of the error.
check your PATH setting
for actual OPATCH issues, setting the environment variable
OPATCH_DEBUG=TRUE will help in debugging.
for ex -
export OPATCH_DEBUG=TRUE
opatch lsinventory -invPtrLoc /var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc
