Remember also that from 8.1 up the init.ora can contain a service_name
parameter so technically the Oranet service name and the database SID
are different.  The init.ora or spifle parameter would need to be
changed if the service_name parameter is there.



Also generally speaking the migration utility is faster than running
exp/imp.
