You are a beginner with OpenVMS, aren't you? Go to $ORACLE_HOME:[RDBMS.LIB] ($go:="set def") and there you should find a command file (.COM). Few days back when I did that for the last time (Oracle 6.0.36 on VAX/VMS 5.5-2), the file was called MAKE.COM. I wouldn't be surprised if that's still the case. You are using sqldba, which brings back memories from the time when I was just a kid running away from velociraptors. If not make.com, then it relink.com or something else. You should delve into DCL and enjoy every moment of the experience.
