Age is irrelevant unless you are 95 years old. Better to be doing what you want and successful at age 33 or 35 then to spend the next 50 years of your life doing something that is not fulfilling.

I had never taught before my 45th birthday. Changing my career goals to include teaching has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
