40? What 40? I am still going, and still learning, at 55. And I would take a lot of persuading to be a DBA Team Leader, never mind any other kind of Team Leader. I have had an apprentice from time to time, but that is different. Received on Mon Dec 06 2004 - 07:16:47 CST
