Hi Domenicg

Your recruiter has never been a DBA herself..only you and people like you would understand the real value of being practical what it means like when you have a server with multiple oracle homes and navigate the jungle :-)..for the rest of them there is the OCP..since the world is comprised of more people who are not DBA's like you and me they will demand certification :-)..so go get the certification pay somethin to larry nad watch her pursuing you ;-)..
