So ... I would assume that this means that instead of trying to point out advantages of Oracle over DB2 (or vice-versa for that matter) that a customer may or may not use or need, you would favor gathering customer requirements for each customer and then making an assessment of which database, DB2 or Oracle, can best meet the customer's requirements?
