See tahiti.oracle.com. Contains the entire Oracle doc set in HTML and PDF format. Also has a search engine that spans the entire doc set, as well as error code lookup. Requires registering with OTN, but that is free and is the best investment of 30 seconds in your career you'll find.

Once in, start your study with the Concepts manual.
