Why on earth do you want us to give you reasons to upgrade ?? If you can't find any reasons yourself, you probably don't need an upgrade at all.

If you just want some buzzwords that make managers beam and coo, try a book like "bluffer's guide to IT".

Anyway, I will strongly suggest that you move to a supported version, e.g. 8.1.7.
