Start installer
Run it. Wait for problem
Remember files in use ( msvcrt40.dll , vb_runtime.dll , and so on)
Restart installer
Rename ( not delete, _rename_) used files
Proceed with install
Wait once for locked file
Rename it once more
Continue
Reboot
Continue
