OO4O problem with error 80042009

Hi, all
I am using OO4O for my Oracle application on Windows NT 4.0 platform. When I try the sample of OO4O from Oracle I met the error message:

error '80042009'
/oo4o/global.asa, line 11

Line 11 of my global.asa file is as following: OraSession.CreateDatabasePool 1,40,200,"orcl", "scott/tiger", 0

While the application works on my desktop computer which is a Windows 2000 system. Who knows what is the problem?
